The creative forces behind `DANCES WITH WOLVES', (writer Michael Blake, director and producer Jim Wilson, and star Kevin Costner) bring you `THE TOUCH'. Will Bonner (Kevin Costner in his first major role) is a gambler who sees a great deal of potential in the card-counting Stacy Lancaster and takes her under his wing. Stacy, a seemingly shy girl possesses an uncanny skill at playing blackjack and together the two set up an ingenious "sting" operation. Will and Stacy seem unstoppable, that is until a crooked and greedy casino owner, who has lost a great deal of money to the duo, comes up with a plan to halt their winning ways.
