British comedy romp starring Richard Murdoch, William Kendall and William Hartnell. 'Commander' Bissham-Riley (Murdoch) and 'Major' Rory McQuarry (Kendall) are two con artists, fresh out of prison, who decide to ply their old trade by resuming their military disguises. When they're thrown out of a restaurant by its enraged owner, they bump into Maxine Millard (Maya Koumani), a beautiful young widow who happens to be the chairman of Grannie's Globules Ltd. She appoints the two reprobates as managing directors and they soon create absolute havoc. It is up to Mr Grimshaw (Hartnell), the works manager, to save the family firm from ruin.
