Crime drama starring Tom Selleck as an ex-Los Angeles homicide detective-turned-small town police chief who quietly tracks a serial killer who is terrorising his community. In the small Maine coastal town of Paradise, Police Chief Jesse Stone (Selleck) and his small force rarely see anything more serious than a small-time burglary or a case of public drunkenness.
