An unenjoyable reboot
This film doesn't come recommended, watch Sam Raimi's original film, its a much more entertaining origins story with tons more personality. The Amazing Spiderman is dull, with a terrible villain in the lizard - portrayed through some terrible CGI.

Spiderman review
I saw spiderman at the local IMAX cinema and was blown away by the quality of the picture and sound. after watching it on a much smaller screen I am pleased to say I am still equally impressed.
I felt that this reboot was much better than the Toby Maguire series introducing new characters ( the excellent Denis Leary as capt stacey) and (hopefully in the future) giving more insight into the Parker family. the villain was a slug disappointment but overall worthy of a place in anyone's cabinet
