Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception (PS3)

The legend returns! Nathan Drake, archaeologist extraordinaire, and his mentor Victor Sullivan are back with another third person action adventure game. With the first two in the series by Naughty Dog having received plenty of critical acclaim as well as immense sales, Drake's Deception is looking like a glorious return for the series.

With a whole new adventure to explore as Drake searches for the lost city The Iram of The Pillars, whole new elements have been brought into Uncharted 3 to make it more involving than ever. An expanded combat system has been introduced while the stealth mechanics have been simplified and improved. Treasures can be collected throughout which can then be sold for in-game currency that will allow players to upgrade weapons and unlock costumes, not just in the single player game but also in the multiplayer modes.

Multiplayer has been improved upon over Uncharted 2 and features both co-operative and competitive play. A new Buddy System has been developed that helps new players out and it's also possible to jump in and out of games that are in progress. Co-operative multiplayer gaming is also catered for with up to three players working together on specially made levels.
