Set in East LA, EAST SIDE STORY is the story of Diego, a young man working at his family's restaurant and having an affair with a secretly gay real estate agent. As the relationship heats up and the Latino neighborhood becomes more and more gentrified, everything changes for Diego and his family.

Hansom restraurautuer Diego runs a successful East La Mexican dina. His boyfriend Pablo, a suave estate agent who has the locals swooning, is getting cold feet over thier relationship - Pablo wants to stay in the closet, byr Diego wants out!

Before long, the neighbourhood makrs a neam for itsseld as the Gay property hotspot, and swathes of West Hollywood eye candy start to mave in to the area. One such dreamboat ti new neighbour Was, an out and proud hunk who is immediately attracted to Diego. Problem is, Wes is in a relationship with outragous toyboy Jonathon. What results is the collision of two very different, and vey sexy, love triangles. Not that Diego's bratty Aunt Bianca minds. as she haughtily explains to Diego: "A fourway is NOT an Orgy!"
