Christmas is coming and Bob is very excited - his twin brother Tom, a zoologist in the Artic Circle - is coming home for the first time in years. With all his usual pals around him, and a host of new friends too, Bob is looking forward to his best Christmas ever! First though Bob and the team have their work cut out to prepare for a fabulous free Christmas concert to be given by Lennie and the Lazers. There is lots to be done and of course Bob wants to get everything right for Tom's visit. Unfortunately however, things don't quite go to plan, and while Bob tries to sort out the mess he hears that Tom has been unavoidably delayed.
