The Sims 3: Late Night
The Sims 3, like The Sims 2 before it, finally gets its own Late Night add-on pack. Unlike the previous version, however, The Sims 3 Late Night is set in the new, cool, downtown district of brand new Sims town, Bridgeport.

This place is large, as in expansive as well as “living it...” and it enables the add-on pack to be truly expansive with additions such as new Traits including 'Shy' or 'Star Quality'. Don't let the first one fool you, your Sim maybe shy but it seriously wants the fame as well.

This fame comes in the forms of Band Career in which the gamer's Sim can choose to play one of four cool instruments: drums, double bass, keyboard or piano. The idea is to form a band of two to four Sims in order to obtain regular gigs.

Not musical? Then there's the Film Career in which the Sim can become an actor or director in order to attain that much craved for star status.

Don't fancy actually working for your fame? Then there's Celebrity Status in which the Sim cruises the local scene, shmoozing in clubs in order to see and be seen... and once celebrity is attained you can expect club entry and other goodies to be heavily, heavily subsidised.

But beware of the Vampires. Yes, Vampires also make the most of the late night Bridgeport scene.

All of this is overlaid with a soundtrack including:

3oh!3 – “Double Vision”
Bryan Rice – “There for You”
Chiddy Bang – “Here We Go”
Electrolightz – “Miss Outta Control”
Eliza Doolittle – “Rollerblades”
Foxy Shazam – “Unstoppable”
Hadag Nahash – “Lo Maspik”
Hadouken! – “M.A.D.”
Jessica Mauboy – “Saturday Night”
Junkie XL – “Live Wired”
Kelis – “Brave”
Kelly Rowland – “Rose Colored Glasses”
King Fantastic – “All Black Ying Yang (The Party Song)”
My Chemical Romance – “Na Na Na”
Nikki & Rich – “Next Best Thing”
The Ready Set – “More Than Alive”
Soulja Boy – “Speakers Going Hammer”
Travie McCoy – “Need You”
