NOT GOING OUT is a BBC sitcom played mostly on the effects of deadpan and wordplay. The series stars Lee Mack as Lee, a confused, lethargic and unmotivated thirty-something living in London with Kate, an attractive and successful American whom he falls for. Unfortunately Kate is Lee’s landlady and, even worse, his best friend Tim’s ex girlfriend. In the second series of the show Kate goes back to the U.S. leaving Tim and Lee fighting over the property of the flat she was sharing with the latter. To make things more complicated, Lucy, Tim’s sister, rents a spare bedroom in the much contested apartment. Features all episodes from the second series.
