Starlight Children's Foundation brightens the lives of seriously and terminally ill children in order to take their minds off the pain, fear and isolation of their illness and to help strengthen family bonds during difficult times.

When it began in 1987, the charity helped just 4 children; this year, Starlight will help 400,000 children by granting their wishes and providing entertainment in hospitals all over the UK.
