Blockbuster Games
Within some of our larger stores we have designated space and a fantastic games offer for our customers.
If you have a real passion for gaming and games and want to share what you know with our customers then a role in our business may just be what you have always wanted. Customer Sales Representatives (CSR's)
Our CSR's are passionate about serving our customers to ensure that their needs are always met. They love the entertainment products we rent and sell and are mad about movies and games.

Assistant Manager (AM)
Our AM's are a key member of the store management team. Deputising for the manager in their absence, running shifts, supervising the CSR's and ensuring that sales targets are hit whilst at the same time our customers are delighted.

Store Manager (SM)
Our SM's lead our store teams. They are accountable for the whole operation; service, sales, people management, stock and audit. Their No.1 purpose is to lead their team to provide excellent customer service and to deliver fantastic sales results.

- Can you show how you have developed and trained people to be successful?
- Do you have experience of managing the profit and loss of a store?
