I've lost my card. What do I do?
Please notify the store immediately. You may be liable for any
further use of the membership card if you do not notify the store
within 48 hours.

How long does my membership last?
For as long as you want! However, for security and data protection
reasons we will de-activate your account after 10 months if
you haven’t used it. We can easily reactivate your account by
simply bringing in additional identification.

Tell our staff who will update your details on the system (additional identification
will be required).

Do I always need my membership card to rent?
Yes and for your account security, we may ask you to verify certain
details about your account when you come in.

Can anybody else use my membership card?
Unless you specify otherwise on your application form, your
membership card can only be used by you. If you do authorise
somebody else to use your card then you are responsible for
all items rented.

Can you buy my old movies and games for cash or credit?
Yes, please take your unwanted movies and games into any Blockbuster store
and a member of staff will be more than happy to inspect the product presented
and offer you our best trade or cash price. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer
you a pre-quote for your products because each item is individually priced on our
in-store system.

Does Blockbuster support a registered charity?
We consider charity requests from all sectors, but we have recently committed to
a major partnership with the Starlight Children's Foundation to help
brighten the lives of seriously and terminally ill children. While we would
like to help with all charity requests, we are focusing on our work with
Starlight at the moment so, unfortunately, we will not be able to help this time.
