What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect allows you to reserve movies & games for collection at a BLOCKBUSTER store of your choosing. You can use 'Click & Collect' to rent or buy.

How do I know what titles are available for me to Click & Collect?

Once you have picked a title and store you will be informed as to whether this is available to reserve at your chosen store.

What items can I reserve?

Currently you can reserve DVD, Blu-ray & games titles. Any possible available titles for rent will display a blue button located next to it titled 'Click & Collect'.

How do I reserve a movie or game?

To reserve a product to rent simply click the 'Click & Collect' button located next to the chosen title you want to reserve in store.

To reserve a title to buy simply add the title to your basket and complete the checkout process selecting the store you wish to collect from.

Note: Not all films or games on the website will be available for 'Click & Collect' as they will not be stocked within our stores.

Note: It is possible that the store you wish to reserve your film or game with may not have sufficient stock available to complete your request. This will be displayed before you can complete your reservation request.

We will then email you within the hour to confirm you reservation has been completed.

Note: We will notify all customers within the hour during store opening times. Any request made outside store opening times will be notified within 2 hours of the store re-opening.

How many items can I reserve?

You can reserve up to 4 titles per day to rent and an unlimited number of items to buy.

How far in advance can I reserve a title?

You will be able to reserve a film or game from midnight through to 6pm the same day. Any reservations made must be picked up the same day it is reserved.

How do I know my reservation has been confirmed?

As you complete the reservation process you will be informed of when to expect an email confirmation. This time will vary depending on the time of day and chosen store.

Note: The email will confirm reservation with a reference number or inform you that it cannot be confirmed.

When can I go and pick up my movie or game?

Once you have received your confirmation email that your title has been reserved you can then go to the store and pick up your rental. All reserved items must be picked up 30 minutes before the store closes.

How long do I have to pick up my movie or game?

Your email confirmation will confirm what time you will be able to pick up your title.

Can I cancel my reservation?

To cancel your reservation please contact the store you have reserved the film with.

Can I change the store I want to reserve my movie or game from?

Yes you can change the store you wish to pick up your movie or game at any time before you have completed the reservation process.

Note: Once you have confirmed the rental you wish to reserve it is not possible to change the store for that reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation please contact the store you have reserved the movie or game with.

Do I need to become a Blockbuster store member to use Click & Collect?

No, you do not need to be an existing store member to use Click & Collect online

Note: To collect your rental you will need to be a member of the store you have reserved the movie or game with.

Not already a member? It's easy and free to join BLOCKBUSTER. All you need to do is when you go in to the store to pick up your reserved film, bring a form of identification such as a credit card or Passport and proof of your address, such as a utility bill or driving license.

To save time when joining you can print out a membership form and complete it before you go in to the store.

What do I need to take to the store with me to collect my order?

Once your reservation has been confirmed you will be sent a confirmation reference number by email. Simply bring this reference number and your BLOCKBUSTER membership card or some form of identification to the store when you go and collect your title.

Not already a member? It's easy and free to join BLOCKBUSTER. All you need to do is when you go in to the store to pick up your reserved film, bring a form of identification such as a credit card or Passport and proof of your address, such as a utility bill or driving license.

Where do I collect my order from within the store?

All reserved orders can be picked up from behind the main service desk within the store.

To save queuing time pick up any other items you want to buy or rent before collecting your reservation.

When do I pay for my reserved movie or game?

You will need to pay for your rental when you go and collect it from the store.

All retail items are paid for in advance online and you will not be required to pay in-store.
