Job Profile - Customer Service Representative
Purpose: To provide excellent service to our customers, support the manager in achieving sales results and the overall operation of the store.
Support the store to achieve revenue and sales targets
  • Achieve individual 'sales focus' targets.
  • Able to identify, understand and meet the customers needs.
  • Aware of competitor activity.
  • Able to sell products to our customers.

  • Strive to approach every customer on the sales floor.
  • Good product knowledge and is aware of current and future offers.
  • Deals with customer queries and solves problems.

  • Is flexible in approach to work and shift patterns.
  • Developing themselves through "Take Control".
  • Ensures all the objectives for the shift are achieved.
  • Supports the team to achieve overall success.
  • Attend team briefings as required.
  • Self starter who proactively seeks sales and completes tasks.
Maintain the store operating standards
  • Achieves the company merchandising standards.
  • Achieves the company stock control and rotation standards.
  • Achieves the store cleanliness and appearance standards.
  • Personal appearance is in line with uniform policy.
  • Maintains all legal requirements such as Video Recordings Act, Data Protection and Health & Safety
