When six contestants gather together to film a pilot for a survivalist reality TV show, none of them suspect the horrors that their 'one shot at fame' will bring them.

For after dropping them in the West Virginian backwoods, the show - hosted by a hard-as-nails ex-marine (Henry Rollins) - unwittingly brings them face to face with an inbred family of mutant, cannibal mountain-folk who just happen to be hungry... very hungry.

As the cannibals begin their bloody hunt, the contestants are plunged into a gut-wrenching, high-octane battle of wits in an attempt to survive the human carnage that awaits them.
