A narcotics officer teams up with an amnesiac Special Forces Agent to take on an international drug smuggling ring controlled by corrupt CIA directors.

Whilst on duty in France Special Forces Agent John Portland (Billy Blanks) is ambushed by a gang of drug dealing killers, although rescued from his would be assassins he is seriously injured and suffering from total memory loss. He is returned to the US for treatment, invalided out of the service and, for hisown protection, is given a new identity.....
