Two years, alter the death of his wife Rose in Papua New Guinea, Jack meets a writer r med Kate. She decides to go back with him to the jungle, but life there turns out to be far from the paradise she expected, particularly with Jack. As he begins to revert more and more to his past, and spends an increasing amount of time with old videos of his wife rather than with his new lover, the reasons for Rose's death appear less clear cut than before, and Kate finds herself in genuine fear for her life.
