The adventure spans the centuries as Captain Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart), First Officer Will Riker (Jonathan Frakes) and their shipmates follow the cyborg race known as The Borg, from the 24th Century to the devastated remains of 21st Century Earth.

The Enterprise crew must stop the Borg from destroying The Phoenix, mankind’s first faster than light (Warp) capable vessel and ensure that the test flight goes ahead as planned in order to preserve the history of the future. Soon after arriving in the past however, the powerful Borg transport onto the Enterprise and Picard and his crew must fight for survival against an ever growing army of cyborgs who adapt to every weapon used against them.
