Having decided to take a holiday
after the events of Rush Hour, detective James Carter (Tucker) and Inspector
Lee (Chan) take a trip to Hong Kong. But then two secret service agents
attempting to break a smuggling ring are killed in an explosion in the American
Embassy and the two are back on the crime busting circuit.

One of the biggest grossing sequels
in years, Rush Hour 2 re-teams Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker once again for yet
more buddy comedy high-jinks. Despite shifting the action from the States to
Hong Kong, this comedy has two things on its mind: giving us yet more of the
legendary Chan doing his martial arts, and yet more of Tucker. Chan still
dazzles with his kung fu-mastery and there's stacks of thrilling action
sequences to keep even the most jaded action fan happy. If you loved the
original film, this should be essential viewing.
