In this often touching and always entertaining romantic comedy, a compulsive womanizer (Robert Downey, Jr.) meets the girl of his dreams (Molly Ringwold), only to find her impervious to his charms. But the smug "pick-up artist" isn't ready to give up without a fight, even if he has to swallow his pride in the process.
