A tough look at life in the mean streets when L.A. small-time crook Brian Lovero must up his ante when he steps up from his petty scams and selling dope. Once he finds himself the enemy of one of the toughest gangs, he makes a deal with some local street brothers who give him hope of avoiding certain death.
