Gentle, warm and humorously observant, the film follows Bertrand Morane, played by CHARLES DENNER, who is wholly obsessed with the female species and goes to great lengths for a fleeting romantic encounter.

Bertrand adores women - all of them - but when he begins to write about his passionate flings in a racy book, he piques the interest of a beautiful editor named Genevieve.

As the two begin to play the game of proverbial predator and prey, Bertrand is soon surprised to discover that he just might soon be falling in true love with just one woman!
