Ray Winstone is Lenny Milton a Detective Constable who is hated by his colleagues. He also has a long-running feud with a drug trafficker, Barry Hindes and is obsessed with bringing him to justice.

When a friend of Milton`s son dies due to taking heroin and a drug-related gang war breaks out, Lenny sees a chance for vengeance.
