Grace Guthrie is editor and boss of the fashion magazine 'Grace'. On returning from her holiday she finds that there has been a nasty take-over bid worth some 21 million dollars, made by the publisher of a pornographic magazine. Grace knows that her life's work will be worth nothing at all unless she can find an alternative investor.....
