England don’t always lose... I know we’ve certainly had a huge spoonful of upset over the years continuously spread out across various sports that compete across the globe but sometimes we actually do come up triumphant. One such sport that has enabled us to hold our heads high of late is rugby, the game in which we currently harbour one of the best teams in the world.

Never played much rugby myself, memories of getting a drumming at school on the rugby field are usually enough to put me off. Plus the men you see on your rugby teams today usually need to have a bit of muscle. It’s been nearly four years since the England team’s triumphant return from Sydney as World Champions and they made it look easy, but how are they getting on now?

This documentary pretty much gives us a seat inside the locker room. We get to watch some of the preparations, the team’s performances and the future aspirations of the England team. We also get a look at all of England’s matches and they’re after thoughts on their own personal performances.

After seeing some of the rigorous and relentless training methods that these guys are put through to achieve the correct mental state and physical fitness its no wonder they can take such brutal knocks and clashes and then just get up and dust it off.
