"Do you have the stomach for it?"

To say this is a unique film is an understatement and you probably wont see anything quite like it again. An Austrialian cop is on the trail of a suspected serial killer – I bet your thinking you’ve heard it all before? Well this serial killer feeds his victims to death! His amusement doesn’t end there, as he takes Internet bets on how long the unfortunate victims will last. Think of the ‘gluttony’ murder in ‘Seven’ and you are on the right track.

The dark and uncompromising subject matter won’t be to everyone’s taste but it certainly provides the viewer with a unique and often uncomfortable ride. The acting is good and the film certainly opens up the whole debate of society’s attitude toward the obese. It also is a reflection on the wanton excesses of today’s society and our attitude to greed is good.

All in all this is a real shock to the senses and some of the images will last with for days! It brings a whole new meaning to ‘psychotic serial killer’ but rather than being gratuitous it does actually leave you questioning some of your own moralities within society.
