Matt retired from boxing after he killed his opponent in the ring and now, with Nicky, runs a "talent agency" which recruits topless dancers for New York strip joints.

When two of his dancers are brutally murdered, Matt and Nicky are both suspected by detective Al Wheeler who wants to link them to the case. But both Nicky and Matt suspect that Carmine, a mob-controlled competitor is behind it. They threaten him with reprisals if any other dancers are harmed, but Carmine vehemently denies involvement. Now Matt must find the killer before he is framed for another murder he didn't commit.
