Robert (Mac) MacDougal (Sean Connery) has an untarnished reputation as the
world's greatest art thief. So when a priceless Rembrandt is stolen in New
York, the evidence points to Mac. Insurance investigator Virginia (Gin) Baker
(Catherine Zeta-Jones) persuades her boss, whose company will lose $24 million
on the theft, to let her go after the master criminal.

Screen legend and Oscar winner Sean
Connery plays Mac, a solitary master thief whose world is turned upside down
when he meets insurance investigator Gin, played by Catherine Zeta-Jones.
ENTRAPMENT is Zeta-Jones' first role since The Mask of Zorro, in which she
ignited considerable cinematic fireworks as one Zorro's daughter and another's
future wife.
With Mac and Gin both falling for each other while suspecting a mutual double
cross the final outcome is anything but predictable.

Playing the role of Mac's associate, Thibadeaux, is Golden Globe Award winner
Ving Rhames, whose versatility can be seen in films such as Pulp Fiction and
Mission: Impossible. Acclaimed actor Will Patton (No Way Out, Armageddon) plays
Gin's boss, Hector Cruz, and Maury Chaykin (Dances With Wolves, The Mask of
Zorro) plays black marketer Conrad Greene.
