In this documentary-style drama based on a true story, a reporter tries to prove that a man in prison for murder has been wrongly convicted. P.J. O Neill is hired to investigate the case of Frank Wiecek who was charged and sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of a policeman eleven years ago.
