| Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis burst onto the show business scene in the late 1940's and early 1950's. In 1950 they entertained audiences on TV's Colgate Comedy Hour with hilarious comedy routines in their uniquely manic way. With Martin as the singing straight man and Lewis as the zany comic, the duo were to become one of Hollywoods truly great teams.
