Streetwise hustler Jake Hayes (Chris Rock) finds himself on a ride of tense
action and intrigue when he discovers that he had an unknown twin, Kevin Pope,
recently killed in a covert mission for the CIA. Veteran agent Gaylord Oakes
(Anthony Hopkins) must convince the reluctant ticket tout and part time DJ to
take the place of his dead identical brother and go from smart talking to
smooth operating and negotiate a volatile nuclear arms deal.
Hayes and Oakes embark on an action-fuelled race against time as Hayes has to
get to grips with the language, procedures and protocol of the CIA in just nine
days to ensure the deal goes through. From Prague to New York, the chase is on
and the clock is ticking - can Jake pull off the deal of his life?
