An undercover drug bust in L.A goes badly wrong. The most notorious drug smuggling ring in Los Angeles, is duped into making a deal with undercover cops. When the ruse goes astray Los Angeles police detective Rossi (Roddy Piper)witnesses his partner brutally murdered. Billy (Billy Blanks), a martial arts expert and ex special forces, is also after the gang after his sister dissapeared with them one night. The stage is set for all out confrontation.
