| In the early 1950s, Jean, a student nurse, and lionel,
a young army officer, met and fell in love. Then he was
shipped off to Korea and they lost touch. 38 years later,
their paths cross again. They discover that though love at their time of life has a different pace and priorities, the hear of old flames can still be rekindled.
When Lionel and Joe do ronnance, it's rarely straightforward. But as these classic episodes show, despite the misunderstandings, arguments, teasing and
skulling, there are many wonderful and heart-warming moments. The episodes featured here include the picnic
brought them together; the 'nostalgic' visit to the Copper Kettle; the first trip to meet Rocky; the shared bedroom at Penny's; Lionel taken ill in Hampshire and Jean's attempts to add a second bathroom.
Contains six romantic episodes specially selected by Producer / Director Sydney Lotterby.
