Astronauts Jim Lovell, Fred Haise and Jack Swigert are stranded 205,000 miles from Earth in a crippled spacecraft as they call “Houston, we have a problem”. The ground crew at Mission Control including astronaut Ken Mattingly and flight director Gene Kranz race against time and odds to bring them home.
