Angel returns to the streets in an effort to find her missing sister. While undercover, she discovers that a high-powered madame runs a white slavery ring in partnership with a man named Mahajaan. When Angel discovers that her sister is in their hands and about to be sold she races desperately to unravel the slavery network.
