Title Information

3 Classic Horrors Of The Silver Screen - Vol. 4
Three features. In 'The Ape Man' a scientist whom the world believes to be dead is secretly working on a serum collected from the spine of a gorilla. He injects himself with this and slowly turns into an ape. Also features 'Carnival Of Souls' and 'Mesa Of Lost Women'.

Carnival of Souls - A Twilight Zone-esque tale of a woman who miracoulusly survives a car crash, only to find herself being pursued by a mysterious phantom figure that seems to reside in an old run-down pavilion. A classic nightmarish horror feature that sustains its disturbing atmosphere. A disquieting film filled to the brim with eerie imagery.

The Ape Man - Conducting weird scientific experiments, crazed Dr. James Brewster, (Bela Lugosi), aided by his colleague Dr. Randall, has managed to transform himself into a hairy, stooped-over ape-man. Desperately seeking a cure, Brewster believes only an injection of recently-drawn human spinal fluid will prove effective. With Randall refusing to help him, it falls to Brewster and his captive gorilla to find appropriate donors ‘ living or dead!

Mesa of Lost Woman - A mad scientist (Jackie Coogan, ‘Uncle Fester’ from TV’s ‘The Addams Family’) has hidden out in the deadly desert known as Zarpa Mesa in Mexico. Here he develops giant spiders, deadly dwarves, and, through the use of a synthesized derivative of spider venom, a race of killer superwomen that cannot be stopped once they choose their sexual prey.
