When Eastern European ex-cons Emil and Oleg hit New York, it's bad news for an
ex-partner who's just spent their heist money. But killing him and torching his
apartment soon puts cop Eddie Fleming (De Niro) and investigating fire marshal
Jordy Warsaw (Burns) hot on their tail.
As if that wasn't unsubtle enough, their desperation for 15 minutes of fame
prompts the errant duo to record their violent misadventures on a stolen
camcorder for the whole world to enjoy
