A
Hollywood remake of "Taming of the Shrew", sees Bianca try to
organise a date for her older sister, Kat, a tom-boyish feminism-dabbler who is
totally un-dateable, to allow her to go on a date herself.
On the first day at his new school, Cameron, (Joseph Gordon Levitt - Halloween
H20, TVs Third Rock from the sun), instantly falls for Bianca, and in an
attempt to solve their dating problem singles out the only guy that could be a
match for Kat. The mysterious match is Patrick, a bad-boy with a nasty
reputation of his own.
Featuring a hip soundtrack, this witty comedy is a wildly entertaining look at
just how far some guys will go to get a date, great for teenagers and adults
alike.
